Cynthia Wilson, MBA, BSN, RN

I’m a registered nurse who is a registered INELDA death doula.  I walk beside individuals and families through some of life’s most tender transitions. With a background rooted in clinical care and a heart shaped by deep compassion, I offer a calm, steady presence to those navigating serious illness, end‑of‑life decisions, and the sacred process of transitioning.  I have a passion for supporting families and loved ones by supporting each through the emotional, spiritual, and practical realities of end‑of‑life care. My nursing background gives me a strong foundation in comfort‑focused, evidence‑based care, while my doula work centers on presence, dignity, and honoring each person’s unique journey.

My work blends evidence‑based nursing with holistic, person‑centered support. I listen without rushing, honor each person’s values and beliefs, and create space for honest conversations about fear, hope, legacy, and meaning. Whether I’m easing physical discomfort, guiding families through unfamiliar choices, or simply sitting in quiet companionship, I approach every moment with dignity, respect, and gentle humanity.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that dying is a sacred and profound human experience, not just a medical event. I walk alongside clients and their loved ones with respect, tenderness, and unwavering support, helping them find meaning, connection, and peace in life’s final chapter.  I’m committed to helping people feel seen, supported, and never alone—offering comfort not only to those at the end of life, but also to the loved ones who carry their stories forward.
